Hole in the Wall Camp Family Welcomes Two New Members in Summer of 2007
Camps in Italy and Hungary spread the Hole in the Wall Camp experience to more children worldwide.
Located in the midst of a World Wildlife Foundation Reserve in Tuscany, Dynamo Camp is the first camp in Italy specifically designed for children with life-threatening and chronic illnesses. Dynamo Camp currently welcomes children and families from Italy. Dynamo provides a therapeutic recreation program that allows campers to gain confidence and build self-esteem and self-reliance. To the campers, it is just pure and simple, non-stop FUN - the chance to make new friends and to participate in activities they may never have dreamed of trying, such as riding horses, climbing on the high ropes course, or acting on stage. Behind all the fun, the Camp's intentional programming is designed to enable children to experience success and to discover newfound strength and courage to cope with their illness. Bator Tabor Alapitvany ("Camp of Courage Foundation") is the only program of its kind in Hungary for children with serious illnesses and their families. Located in Hatvan near Budapest, Bator Tabor currently welcomes campers from Hungary with plans to expand in the future to serve children from other countries in Eastern Europe. Bator Tabor provides a program of therapeutic recreation designed to increase campers' self-esteem, enhance their ability to develop social relationships, and help them integrate with their healthy peers. All the Camp's activities, which range from horseback riding and canoeing to photography, disco night, and beach parties, are designed to be fun and challenging. Flying Horse Farms (Ohio) Will Help Campers "Unbridle the Laughter"
Flying Horse Farms a Provisional Member of the Association of Hole in the Wall Camps has a target opening of 2009. Flying Horse Farms will be situated on 167 acres of land in Mt. Gilead, Ohio, 45 minutes north of Columbus. We're very excited to be assisting this group to help bring the magic of HITW camps to more children suffering from a serious illness. E-Philanthropy
We are excited to announce the launch of Team Hole in the Wall. Team Hole in the Wall is a grassroots, web-based fundraising initiative in support of the Hole in the Wall Camps. The Team's goal is to generate funds and bring awareness to Hole in the Wall Camps throughout the United States and abroad. Our participants compete in events such as marathons, 5K's, cycling events and triathlons with the goal of sending a child to Camp for one week. Visit the Web site at teamholeinthewall.org.

Reckitt Benckiser Partnership
In the same fashion as last year's Lysol promotion, Reckitt Benckiser is currently developing a promotion with Electrasol that will benefit the Hole in the Wall Camps. The promotion will launch in October 2007 and feature information about the Hole in the Wall Camps on the packaging. Please check back for more details on where the promotional Electrasol products can be purchased.

Smucker's/COSTCO Partnership
We are currently developing a relationship with COSTCO and Smucker's that will benefit the Hole in the Wall Camps. COSTCO has generously offered to donate proceeds from the sale of Smucker's Uncrustables starting in August, 2007. The Hole in the Wall Camps logo and Guiding Principles will be featured on the packaging and promotional materials for Smucker's Uncrustables in COSTCO stores. Special thanks to Tim Rose, Hole in the Wall Foundation Board Trustee, for his leadership and support in facilitating this relationship.

The Federation of American Women's Clubs Overseas (FAWCO)
Through the generosity of FAWCO members, each cabin at every Hole in the Wall Camp will receive a very cool Hole Lotta Fun Box.
The Federation of American Women's Clubs Overseas (FAWCO) is an international network of over 70 independent clubs and associations with a combined membership of nearly 18,000 in 35 countries worldwide. The FAWCO Foundation has worked with the Association of Hole in the Wall Camps to bring even more fun to each of the Hole in the Wall Camps! Through the generosity of FAWCO members, each cabin at every Hole in the Wall Camp will receive a very cool Hole Lotta Fun Box. Each of the 101 boxes are filled to the brim with child focused fun materials, such as: playing cards, kites, arts and crafts supplies and games!
