The facilities and resources of The Hole in the Wall Camps are busy year round.
- Family Camps - Special camps for the families of campers who often feel isolated by their children's conditions.
- Sibling Camps - Brothers and sisters can share the Hole in the Wall experience.
- Bereavement Camps - Helping families cope with the loss of a child.
- Reunion Camps - Former Hole in the Wall Campers return to Camp to reflect, share good memories, and bond with old friends and counselors.
- Specialty Camps - Weekend camps for specific disease groups.
- Adaptive Skiing - Every winter downhill skiing is taught to handicapped children at the Double H Ranch in New York.
- Special Conferences and Continuing Education Programs - Camp caregivers gather to share best practices, protocols, insights, and plans for the future.
- Other: Web-site chat rooms, organized circus visits, hospital art therapy programs.
