The Double “H” Ranch, which stands for Health and Happiness, is located in New York’s scenic Adirondack Mountains. It sits on 320 beautifully wooded acres that include the fish-friendly Lake Vanare. Double H Ranch’s 35 rustic buildings include accommodations for 126 campers, 125 staff and 50 volunteers for each session. Double H Ranch provides fun and adventure through summer residential camp, family-based programs, and a unique winter adaptive ski program to nearly 2,500 children and family members each year. Hundreds of children with a wide range of physical abilities learn to ski, snowboard, and snowshoe, thanks to the efforts of 200 volunteer ski instructors and the National Ski Patrol.
